Starter Company Applications are open

The Economic Development Department of the City of Barrie holds only one cohort a year. Applications close July 17th – approval is needed to be accepted into the program.

FYI this program has the only grant available in the local city. This is not an automatic grant – a business plan must be submitted and a number of people who submit are chosen to be considered for the grant. (This may include a pitch).
