Would you like to take over the remainder of the lease term? (approximately 2 years)

The space is in the 110 Little Avenue plaza. 

The space is 1494 square feet and includes a reception area, board room meeting space, kitchenette, 7 private offices, and 2 storage areas. The whole space was newly renovated in the beginning of 2020 and used for about a month before we went remote in March of 2020.

It’s gorgeous and in brand new shape! It is located on the second floor with elevator or stair access, and an opportunity to brand the wrap around windows effectively creating a billboard on Little Ave, as well as an opportunity to rent a space on the Plazas large pilon sign. We’re looking for someone interested in taking over the lease for the remainder of the term, about 2 years.
