A note From Barb: They’re always looking for volunteers, and I think they’re still accepting registration for joining in on the sports. Even if people don’t sign up for anything, it might be something for GV folk to do for a few days in Huntsville this winter. Here are some details:
A Winter Sports Spectacular
Over 1,000 dynamic athletes from across Ontario will converge on picturesque Huntsville to compete in 11 thrilling winter sports across 14 carefully selected local venues. These accomplished seniors will inspire spectators and fellow participants alike with their dedication, skill, and sportsmanship.
Supporting this remarkable gathering will be more than 300 enthusiastic local volunteers, whose warm Muskoka hospitality will ensure every participant feels welcomed and celebrated throughout their stay in our beautiful community.
