At this empowering gathering, you’ll have the opportunity to meet like-minded women who are on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Through using our own voice to express our discomfort or stuck feelings, guided meditations, and uplifting sound baths, our intention is to create a safe space for you to express your emotions and release them so the healing process can be started.
