Do you need to train your employees?

Employers are going to have to find creative ways to encourage their employees… this may be one of them:

The COJG (Canada Ontario Job Grant) may be something you should consider. It allows third party training for employees (unfortunately not for employers) to be paid with only a small contribution. Information is available through Service Centres.
